Body type is influenced by proportionality of structure, density of bones and metabolism rate. They may have narrow shoulders and hips, light bones, and fast metabolisms and their wrists, knees, and ankles are smaller than average.
Training tips: Avoid overtraining and cardio, increase rest period.
The Square Endomorph
Endomorphs have heavy bone structures with squarish torsos,
wide waists and large hips. They have thicker joint, and their metabolisms is slower. Endomorphs have no problem adding mass to their bodies. Their problem is getting rid fat. To get lean with this body type you need to eat diligently and do lots of cardiovascular exercise.
Training tips : workout wit normal weight and regular cardio, limit rest period
The Perfect Mesomorph
Having mesomorphic body: Some of well known bodybuilders in history, with these body types are Sergio Oliva, Lee Haney, Dorian Yates, and Ronnie Coleman.
They have perfect bone structures, with wide clavicles and narrow hips and naturally form the coveted V-taper.
The joints are big enough hence can support large muscle mass, but small enough to create a eye-pleasing proportionate body
