Every guy wants that classic bodybuilder physique. We all would like bigger muscles and smaller waists, but we don’t always go about it the best way.  Bodybuilders have the time and genetic gifts to isolate every muscle and hit it with lots of sets in workouts that last more than an hour.

It is important to know that the way that the average person works out and the way that a bodybuilder should work out are entirely different.

Bodybuilder competition includes deadlifting, bench pressing and weighted squatting. In most competitions, you may participate in any one of these exercises or in all three.
